Every year at our annual convention, the New York State Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Association pauses to remember and pay tribute to the EMS and rescue personnel who have passed away during the preceding year. Their unwavering dedication, sacrifice, and selfless service to their communities and our State will never be forgotten.
Please use this form to submit the name of any active, life, or former member of your agency or district who passed away within the past year so they may be properly recognized and remembered during our annual Memorial Service.
