Every year at our annual convention, the New York State Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Association pauses to remember and pay tribute to the EMS and rescue personnel who have passed away during the preceding year. Their unwavering dedication, sacrifice, and selfless service to their communities and our State will never be forgotten.
